Gratitude Practice: scientific perspective, benefits, my experience, and tips
I’ve been practicing gratitude every day for about two years. I changed a lot inside thanks to that and I also became able to make huge changes in my life, such as a divorce, cutting ties with toxic people including my family, starting a new career path and moving abroad. I can say I changed all my life and it wouldn’t have been possible without training myslef in feeling grateful for everything that happens.
